The Pacific Manufacturing Federation is a trade organization of manufacturers, utilities, and developers raising distributed thermal-electrical infrastructure across Hawaiʻi, California, and the Asia-Pacific. Members build the factories, finance the districts, train the trades, and write the codes that let communities generate, store, and share their own power — and keep the land green while doing it.

A shot clock for distributed generation. Any project under 5 MW receives a study, a cost estimate, and a yes-or-no within ninety days — in both states, under one model rule. Queue position becomes tradable; silence becomes approval.
